Following patient feedback we have received about our phone system we will be launching our latest modifications today at 1pm to help improve patient experience.
A new function of the system includes a call-back option. This will enable patients to receive a call-back whilst maintaining their position in the queue when the lines are particularly busy. Please note that this function is only available when the queue passes a certain level.
